Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held at Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 19 January 2016 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend.

AGENDA.

1.       Welcome and Introductions.

Chairman to welcome those present. 

2.       Apologies.

To receive apologies for non-attendance.

3.       Declaration of Interests.

Councillors to declare an interest, if applicable.

4.        Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 15 December 2015

To agree, and sign, the minutes of the meeting as an accurate record.

5.       Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT).

a.       To receive a report from the NPT.

b.       Councillors to identify any matters of concern.

6.       Wiltshire Council Report.

Wiltshire Council, Cllr. Prickett to provide a report.

7.       Highways/Environment.

a.       To note the correspondence from a parishioner regarding the flooding at Ireland and to decide if any action is required.

b.       To decide whether to support the Hoopers Pool traffic signage scheme.

c.       To decide the action to be taken in respect of the Wynsome Street laybys.

d.       To receive a report from councillors on any matters of concern and to decide the action required.

8.       Neighbourhood Plan.

To decide whether to define a ‘Neighbourhood Plan Area’ and, if so, to agree the geographical limits of that area.

9.       Finance.

a.       To receive a report from the Clerk on the current financial position.

b.       To agree to increase the Clerk’s Salary from SCP2 1 to SCP22 with effect from 1 February 2016.

c.       To agree the Budget for FY2016/17 and the Precept required for FY2016/17.

d.       To agree the payments to be made.
