Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held

at Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 16^th July, 2019 at 7.30pm.

You are invited to attend.

Open Forum - To allow members of the public to address the Chairman and to

raise matters of interest to the Parish. The Open Forum will last no longer than

fifteen minutes with a maximum of three minutes per person.

It is requested that electronic devices should not interfere with the meeting.

Cllr. Eaton to give a detailed report and financial statement of the meeting

held on the 9^th July, 2019. Cllr. Eaton to provide a copy of the completed

Groundworks Form returning the underspend of £825 for the Parish Council

records.
