Notice BoardTue Jan 19 2021 update neighbourhood plan letter dec 2020
Update: Southwick’s Neighbourhood Development PlanDear All, Just an update with regard to progress on Southwick’s Neighbourhood Development Plan The Statutory Consultation ended on 19th October and since then, our consultants, together with AECOM, have been working through individual responses and making amendments to the Plan and associated documents (Habitats Regulation Assessment (HRA) & Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)) accordingly. This is a time consuming process that will hopefully be completed some time this month (December). As soon as our consultants have finished their work, the revised draft documentation, along with the Consultation Statement will be submitted to the Steering Group for review/approval. All documents will then be submitted to the Parish Council for endorsement before being made publically available on the dedicated Neighbourhood Planning website. It was hoped that we would be in the position of publicising revised documentation before now. Sadly, we have been precluded from doing so, due to the volume of responses received and the amount of work required. We also intended to place an article in the December edition of the Village Newsletter. However, we were not in a position to meet the 15th November submission cut-off date for reason’s stated above. Kind regards Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group. Count of comments: 0
