NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held at

Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 18th JUNE 2019 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend.

OPEN FORUM FOLLOWED BY THE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING.

Prior to the meeting there will be a short Open Forum

to allow members of the public to address the chairman and to

raise matters of interest to the Parish.

The Open Forum will be no longer than fifteen minutes with a maximum

of three minutes per person.

It is requested that electronic devices should not interfere with the meeting.

Change of use from agricultural to equestrian and provision of stables with hay and straw store. At: T&W Bastable, Poles Hole Farm, Land adjacent to Hoopers Pool, Southwick Wilts. Full details will be available for members. No record can be found of it arriving with the Council therefore an extension has been requested for the Council to comment on which is in hand.

A technical inaccuracy of the drawings red lines occurred in the plans and Wiltshire Planning wish this application to be recirculated for approval.

10. NEIGHBOURHOOD PLANNING/STEERING GROUP

Cllr. J. Eaton to provide a detailed progress report and financial statement of the last meeting of the Steering Group and progress on the Public Consultation Event.

Councillors to identify any matters of concern. Councillors to decide if any action needs to be taken.

12.THE CLERKS REPORT

Trowbridge Town Museum request a grant for the development of the collection on display further details requested.

A letter was sent to The Chief Constable Police Commissioner, Wiltshire Council concerning dangerous parking at the Country Park on Saturday mornings for the Park Run events.

The old Parish Records have been deposited at the Wiltshire Records Office for filing to the WILTSHIRE archives.

The Clerk requested further clarification from Wiltshire Council concerning the planning applications concerning Poplar Tree Lane.
