To confirm and sign as a correct record the minutes of a meeting of the Parish Council held on Tuesday 17th September 2019 (copy attached).
To note that the Clerk is working to locate the original notes taken at the meetings of April and May 2019 in order that draft minutes can be prepared for Council to consider.

Wiltshire Council Housing Site Allocations Plan – Further Main Modifications (FMM’s)
To receive information from Wiltshire Council re WHSAP FMM’s and consider whether any response is required (circulated under separate cover).

Community Governance Review
To receive and note information from Wiltshire Council (previously circulated – contact the Clerk for additional copies) regarding the CGR process and to consider the application from Trowbridge Town Council relating to land in the parish of Southwick.
Members to note, as part of that discussion, recommendations from the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group as listed below:
1)Southwick ParishCouncil should formally oppose TTC’s CGR request.
2)Southwick Parish Council should continue to work in association with the other three Parish Council’s affected.
3)In the absence of an alternative/better strategy, Southwick Parish Council should adopt the same approach taken by West Ashton PC, namely to initiate a CGR of its own.
Having considered the information and recommendations members are asked to consider an initial response to Wiltshire Council – noting that the formal consultation will follow.
