Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held  at Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 14^th August, 2018 at 6.30pm and you are invited to attend.

OPEN FORUM

Prior to the Meeting there will be a short Open Forum to allow members of the public to

address the Chairman and to raise any matters of interest that affect the Village.  This open

session   will last 15 minutes in total with a maximum of three minutes per speaker.
