Notice is hereby given that a meeting of Southwick Parish Council will be held at Southwick Village Hall on Tuesday 20 January 2015 at 7.30pm and you are invited to attend.

To receive apologies for non-attendance.

 

3.       Declaration of Interests.

Councillors to declare an interest, if applicable.

 

4.        Minutes of the Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on 16 December 2014

To agree, and sign, the minutes of the meeting as an accurate record.

 

5.       Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT).

a.       To receive a report from the NPT.

b.       Councillors to identify any matters of concern.

 

6.       Parish Council Annual Review.

Councillors to review the Parish Council achievements and to identify its ambitions and priorities for 2015.

 

7.       Wiltshire Council Report.

To receive a report from Wiltshire Council, Cllr. H Prickett.

9.       Finance.

a.       To receive a report from the Clerk on the current financial position.

b.       To decide whether to make donations to the following and, if so, to decide the respective sums to be donated: Victim Support, Carer Support, Southwick Baptist Church, Heywood and Hawkeridge Churchyard, Wiltshire Bobby Van Trust.

c.       To agree the Budget for FY2015/16 and to decide the Precept required.

d.       To agree the payments to be made.

 

10.     Southwick Country Park.

To note the work of the group of volunteers who help maintain the Park and to decide whether (and how) to support the Country Park.

 

11.     Highways/Environment.

a.       To review the progress made in requesting Wiltshire Council to introduce waiting restrictions at the laybys in Wynsome Street.

b.       To review the parking difficulties in Chantry Gardens and to investigate possible solutions.

c.       To receive a report from councillors on any matters of concern and to decide the action required.

 

12.     Village Website.

To decide whether there is a the need for a website and, if so, how to develop/implement one.

 

13.     Members Reports.

Councillors to provide individual reports on any other matters they wish the Council to note.

 

14.     Clerk’s Report.

a.       To invite the Council to note any other matter that needs to be brought to its attention.

b.       To note the date of the next meeting:
